Florida owner-occupied
Homeowner's and Condominium insurance policies provide standard and optional
features which offer a comprehensive package of protection for your home and
possessions. Understanding these coverages and how they will affect you in the
event of a loss.
At iSure we can insure almost any type of owner-occupied home,

of ownership. Please note that entities including but not limited to
corporations, partnership, estates, and trust that own property are not eligible
for homeowners policy. The appropriate policy for such an entity is the

DWELLING PROPERTY INSURANCE
Dwelling Property Insurance is designed for those who own a
home and do not live in and therefore ineligible for homeowners and for entities
such as corporations and trusts that own property and are also ineligible for
homeowners insurance. A DP policy covers the same perils as the HO form
above as well as the same Section I Coverages.
The main but not only
difference between the HO and DP policies is the DP's lack of Section II
Liability Coverages.
